Perfect for stabilizing and adding a rich body to whipped cream and chantilly cream.

Basic recipe : mix 100g STADTER cream fix neutral with 100ml water (approx. 20°C). Whisk 500g unsweetened cream until stiff and fold in under the mass.

Ingredients : sugar, glucose syrup, gelatine, modified starch, acidity regulator, salt, flavour.
