Wooden Scoop - STADTER

These small, light-colored wooden scoops, reminiscent of traditional old-fashioned grocery stores, are perfect for measuring and handling salt, tea, coffee, and spices. The largest size (14 cm) can also be used for sugar, flour… or even small candies! They are ideal for spice jars as well.

These measuring scoops are handcrafted from beechwood, sourced from sustainably managed German forests (e.g., one tree cut = one tree replanted).

STÄDTER spice scoops are made of untreated, uncoated raw wood — simply sanded for a smooth finish. They comply with both French and European food contact standards (Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, and the French decree of 15 November 1945 on wood types permitted for food contact). They can be painted, stained, engraved, or stenciled for decoration.

Care Instructions:
As wooden utensils, they should not be put in the dishwasher or left soaking in water. Always dry thoroughly. To maintain their color and quality over time, you can coat them with a small amount of vegetable oil (olive or sunflower) using a brush — this helps to "nourish" the wood.

Wooden spice scoop or wooden salt scoop with ergonomic handle. Carved from a single piece of dense wood — no glue, solid and durable.
