The renowned "HYGIA SCHAUFEL" scoop from WESTMARK is ideal for handling spices, flour, sugar, pepper, and more generally, all dry foods (except salt).

Practical and unique, this aluminum tool can also be used as a candy scoop, making it a perfect fit for candy jars or candy tables at weddings, birthdays, children’s parties, and other events.

WESTMARK spice or flour scoops are cast in one single piece of aluminum and have been manufactured in Germany at the Lennestadt-Elspe factory for over fifty years.

These metal utensils are virtually unbreakable and fully hygienic (seamless, and compliant with current French and European food safety standards). They are certified for handling and coming into contact with food.

Care Instructions:
As these items are made of aluminum, they are not recommended for use with salt, which can corrode the utensil. They should also not be placed in the dishwasher, as heat and detergents can dull and damage the aluminum. Aluminum utensils should be washed with soapy water (using a non-abrasive product) and dried with a soft cloth. If they darken, you can restore their shine by rubbing them with a cloth soaked in household alcohol, baking soda mixed with water, or white vinegar—be sure to rinse thoroughly with clean water afterward. Do not use in the microwave.
