Guar Gum - E412 - 100g


Used as a food thickening ingredient and a stabilizer, to prevent ingredients from separating.  It will prevent ice crystals from forming in homemade ice cream. It’s also a common ingredient in gluten-free baked goods (cake, pizza, ...).

Soluble in hot and cold water. Highly resistant to temperature variations.

Dosage: 1 - 5 g per kilogram of preparation
