This pectin (type 325 NH95) is specially adapted for the preparation of jams with thickened textures and dairy desserts.

Dosage: from 5 to 15g / Kg (or 4 to 5 g / l of milk) - Processing temperature: 80 ° C-85 ° C.

Before use, mix the pectin powder with 8 to 10 times the weight of sugar.

Complete dissolution is obtained in approximately 15 minutes. The final texture is obtained after 24 hours.
